Automatic multi head in-line lube oil fillers

The future-proof solution to fully automatic lube oil filling, FCM’s accurate, clean ‘high speed’ multi head in-line V series is designed to grow along with your business.
Available with a range of frame sizes from 2 to 12 heads, output can be increased by simply adding extra filling heads at a later date.
Standard equipment includes: volumetric piston filler with automatic temperature compensation, into neck filling nozzles with liquid cut off valve and vacuum suck back at the tip, pushbutton nozzle height adjustment, and colour touch screen hmi setup of volume, 3 speed variations per fill, 2 speed conveyor, fault finding and help screen, with storage of 50 fill profiles.
Alternative options: servo drive or mass flowmeter measurement.
